It’s the summer of speed. Answer the call!

Registration deadline: Saturday, June 13

A DMR (Distance Medley Relay) team must have 4 runners.

  • The relay legs must be run in the following order:

    • 1200m

    • 400m

    • 800m

    • 1600m

  • Each runner completes one leg before passing the baton to the next runner.

  • Teams may include both men and women.

  • Each team is allowed to have a maximum of 2 male runners only.

  • Male runners are only allowed to run the:

    • 400m leg

    • 1600m leg

  • The race will begin with preliminary heats (prelims) where all teams compete to qualify.

  • The fastest teams from the prelims will advance to the Final and Grand Final rounds.

  • Final rankings will be determined based on performances in these championship rounds.

  • Please arrive early, check in before your race, and be ready when your event is called.

  • Prizes will be awarded to the top three teams and top runners of each leg.

  • There will be a photoshoot of all crews the week of the race! Details will be announced on our Instagram/Discord.

Price is per team and includes a goodie bag with an exclusive personalized gift. Five percent of profit will be donated to local charities.

Please note, there are no refunds. Transfers are free for anyone on the team (please email managers@lombardyrunningclub.com to make the change). Spectators do not need to pay. By attending this event, you assume all risks involved.
